Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm payment. Until then we may decline or cancel it, for example if an item is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel, anything you have paid is refunded in full.

You are responsible for giving accurate contact and delivery details. We send order updates to the email address you provide.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

You can pay with PayPal or by transfer where each is offered. Items in a transfer order are reserved while we wait for your payment. If payment does not arrive within 5 days, we may cancel the order and release the items.

We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ and the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos. Stock is limited and items can sell out. Having an item in your bag does not reserve it.

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. We may close accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

The STXBN and Stubborn names, logos, artwork, photographs and everything else on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written consent.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, which always apply. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
