Privacy

• Order details. Your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, what you ordered and any note you add.
• Account details. If you create an account, your name, email address and password. The password is stored only in hashed form, so we cannot read it.
• Technical records. Our servers log requests, including IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and to prevent abuse.

• To process, pack and deliver your order.
• To email you about your order: confirmation, payment, shipping, cancellation or refund.
• To answer you when you contact us.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of the site.
• To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.

Online payments are handled by PayPal on PayPal's own pages. Your card or PayPal details never reach our servers and we do not store them. PayPal processes them under its own privacy policy. If you pay by transfer, your bank handles the payment and we only see that it arrived.

We share information only with the services needed to run the store:

• PayPal, to take online payments.
• Delivery carriers, who need your name, address and sometimes phone number.
• Our email provider, to send order emails.
• Our hosting and database providers, who store the site's data on our behalf.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we see the phone number you message from.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your details.

The site works without advertising or tracking cookies. It uses two things in your browser:

• One sign-in cookie, set only when you log in, which keeps you signed in for up to 14 days.
• Local storage on your device that remembers what is in your bag.

Both are needed for the store to function. Signing out removes the sign-in cookie.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep account details until you ask us to delete the account. Server logs are kept for a short period and then removed.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@stubbornonline.com from the address you ordered with. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
